Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through Taquora, a software platform owned and operated by Tech Serve Solutions, a registered partnership firm in India.

1. Nature of Services

Taquora provides digital products and services including, but not limited to:

  • AI-powered tools and automation solutions
  • API-based services and subscriptions
  • Software access licenses
  • Custom development and technical services

All offerings are intangible, digitally delivered, and non-returnable.

2. Strict No Refund Policy

All purchases made on Taquora are final and non-refundable.

By completing a transaction, you explicitly agree that:

  • No refunds will be issued under normal circumstances
  • No partial refunds will be granted
  • Payments once made cannot be reversed

This applies to:

  • Subscription plans
  • API usage and credits
  • One-time digital purchases
  • Custom development or service-based engagements

3. Exceptions (At Sole Discretion)

Refunds, if any, may be considered only at the sole discretion of Tech Serve Solutions in the following limited situations:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error
  • Payment processed successfully but service not delivered due to system failure

All refund decisions are final and binding.

4. Processing Time

  • For most products (including API access, subscriptions, and digital services), delivery is instant or near-instant, and any approved refund (if applicable) will generally be processed within 5-15 business days.
  • For custom development or project-based services, timelines may vary depending on the scope, complexity, and project stage, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time. However:

  • Cancellation will only stop future billing cycles
  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing period
  • Access will remain active until the end of the paid period

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a violation of this policy.

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account
  • Restrict access to services permanently
  • Recover associated costs and take legal action if necessary

7. Service Availability

While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous availability. Temporary downtime, maintenance, or technical disruptions shall not qualify for refunds.
